I'm looking for a full-time co-stylist/sidekick. This is a rare opportunity to assist and learn from an Educator, Elite IBE Platform artist specializing in Invisible Bead Extensions & Lived-in Color Exclusively.
I'm looking for someone who isn’t afraid to hustle, learns quickly, can multi-task well, and pays attention to fine details.
I offer luxury services, and I'm looking for someone that dresses for success and is willing to take the initiative when needed. It is also imperative that you work well with others and want to be a part of a culture that's fun, warm, and non-competitive.
There are growth opportunities if you end up showing up in a way that compliments Refinery Salon & Co. You can have your dream career! Working less and making more! Its important to have a balanced work/home life the salon assisting hours are Tuesday-Thursday 10-4 PM. Monday or Friday's and anytime after 4pm would be your opportunity days to build your clientele and NO weekends are required.

Do I need to be licensed? Yes, or currently enrolled in a IOWA cosmetology program.

Do I have to get certified in IBE? Yes, you will be required to get certified with Invisible Bead Extensions. Bonus: I will be there to help you along the way!

How long would I assist as a co-stylist? 8-12 months

Why do I need to send in a video?
Because social media is how we grow our business behind the chair, it gives me an idea of how comfortable you are doing videos. And if your a good fit it also helps me know what to help you with to get you more comfortable! And if your already a pro at it maybe you can teach me a few things 😉

What are the hours for a co-stylist? 6 hours a day Tuesday-Thursday 10-4pm and Friday's and anytime after 4pm are your opportunity to start building a clientele when your ready.

What is the pay? will be based off experience plus tips and retail commissions.
